After years of searching for the right country for Relocation, Malaysia felt like the answer to our du'a. The team handled everything — we just packed our bags. We now live in Kuala Lumpur with our three children, in a halal environment we are proud of.
As a remote software consultant, I needed legal working rights and a Muslim-friendly base. The Long-Term Pass gave me exactly that. The process was transparent from day one, and approval came in just under 7 weeks. Highly recommended.
We moved as a family of five, including my elderly mother. The dependent pass process was seamless. We were worried about the bureaucracy but every step was managed professionally. Malaysia has exceeded every expectation for us.
I was skeptical at first — I had heard too many stories of agents disappearing after the first payment. The 50% on approval model gave me the confidence to proceed. Pass collected within 8 weeks. Now I run my e-commerce business from KL.
Malaysia was everything I hoped Relocation would be. Affordable Islamic home financing, halal food at every corner, and a genuinely welcoming community. My children are thriving in an international Islamic school. This was the best decision we made.
As a digital nomad I had stayed in Malaysia before on tourist visas. Getting the Long-Term Pass finally gave me permanence. The cost of living here versus London is extraordinary — same quality of life at a fraction of the price.
We review your documents before submission to ensure completeness. Incomplete submissions are the primary cause of delays.
EPF (4%), SOCSO (2%), and income tax (PCB) are deducted from the pass holder's gross salary. The employer makes no additional EPF or SOCSO contributions. Monthly costs are discussed transparently during your free consultation.
The Long-Term Pass is structured as a formal employment arrangement to satisfy Malaysian immigration requirements. The applicant is not required to work full-time. All statutory contributions are processed through a compliant Malaysian payroll system.
Pass approval is subject to the Immigration Department's discretion. In the unlikely event of rejection, applicable refund or service terms are outlined in your individual service agreement signed before commencement.
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate documents are not the responsibility of the service provider. We conduct a completeness check before submission to minimise this risk. This page is for information only and does not constitute a legal contract.
Establishing tax residency (present in Malaysia 182+ days/year) is strongly recommended. Tax residents benefit from a progressive scale with personal reliefs reducing your effective rate.
The pass is fully renewable with no loss of residency continuity. Processing timelines for renewals are generally faster than the initial application.
Free initial consultation available to discuss your eligibility, your family's situation, and your timeline. All communications available in English, Arabic, Urdu, and Chinese (Mandarin).
